SandhyaVandan is the root of BrahmaDharma Vriksh (tree). Vedas are branches. DharmaKarma (Anushtan) are the leaves. Please protect roots with full devotion and tremendous effort. If the roots are lost then tree, branches and leaves can't be saved
While performing Sandya please concentrate on the vibration produced by pronouncing the Mantra slowly and with total devotion.

The various steps involved in performing Sandhya Vandana, is explained below. The information has been partly derived from the Kannada publication by Rajapur Saraswath Sangh, Bantakal. Some summarizing has also been done to help those who want to follow a shorter procedure.
